The research process that produces information is not a simple process. Research is a process of sharing and exchange on the findings attained. Research is not just and action or activity. It is the process of organizing the data, evaluating its implications and consequences and presenting it to the use of the public.
What is equally important is the realization that research serves not just as a channel of exchange, but as a paradigm of assessment and evaluation, for information is the reconstruction of what is real. Especially the data provided by the individuals at public surveys is based on the personal experience, sensibility and point of view of those individuals. The research shall extract a new meaning from it that the concrete data itself is unable to provide. There is a need for brains that are able to evaluate and assess it in a strategic manner in order to achieve the objectives. The information needs to be taken out of the abstract paradigm it is in and given meaning, it needs its spirit. The researcher, therefore, is not solely the provider of information but an active part in its processing.
The data at hand is often inadequate in trying to evaluate the environment we are in and judging the thoughts and behavior of others. Often there is a need for a different point of view, a different perspective or a different paradigm in assessing this data. Switching paradigms instead of getting lost in the problems and data guarantees success.
KONDA does not provide you solely with the data, but with the knowledge and insight that will enable you to switch paradigm. |
