Only those institutions/organizations which adapt to the changing environment and its dynamics, may survive. The magical key to adaptation is change and the magical key to change is being able to observe and comprehend the change that goes on around us.
Is every change right or successful?
Or is tomorrow certainly bound to be better than yesterday or today? When we look around us, we shall see two possibilities; those that are to be good or those that are to be bad. Perhaps this is the most important change that has occurred within the framework of the development that we call the age or the society of information that has taken place in the past three decades. Relations or plots are not set out in a linear, simplistic relation of causality. Instead of the one dynamic suppressing the other in a conflictual relation of thesis and anti-thesis, we encounter the possibility of managing the conflicts and directing the course of changes.
When we talk about management, we are naturally confronted with information. |
